Prefer tools with free plans or open source. If one tool can handle it, do not use two.

Design work uses each person’s preferred tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Completed files are synced to shared storage.
File Storage
Day-to-day documents are managed through Feishu Docs.
Storage for large files (product photos, lookbook assets, video, design source files, etc.) is to be determined. Selection criteria:
- Acceptable remote access speed
- Supports folder hierarchy and basic permission management
- Team members can upload and download directly without additional tools
