- Collaborator — A professional who signs a cooperation agreement. Independent collaborator, not employee.
- Profit-sharing ratio — A fixed percentage of net profit. Specified in the agreement.
- Net profit — Revenue minus costs, taxes, and operating reserves.
- Duration — The period after exit during which profit-sharing rights remain effective. Usually decreases annually.
- Settlement — A one-time settlement when underperformance occurs or upon exit, per agreed terms.
- Trial period — The evaluation phase before signing the agreement.
- Experiment maturity — The verification status of mechanism pages. Low / Medium / High.
